Ayurvedic consultation
A one-on-one consultation to address overall health concerns and alleviate long-standing issues and imbalances using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. During this consultation, you will learn your unique body-mind constitution and current imbalances. We discuss ways to bring you back into balance through Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle changes, herbal supplements, and body therapies.

Abhyanga
A full-body medicated herbal oil massage with rhythmic movements that releases tension in the joints, relaxes muscles, and increases blood circulation and the elimination of metabolic wastes.

Shirodhara
Soothe mental stress with a warm herbalized oil stream to the forehead. Shirodhara is effective in promoting mental tranquility, clarity of thought, and sound sleep.

Udvartana
Detoxify and cleanse with the application of an exfoliating herbal paste. Udvartana tones the muscles, beautifies the skin and promotes weight loss.

Pinda Sveda
Warm herbal poultices are used to massage the body after a light oil application. Pinda sveda is effective for managing localized pain and for releasing system toxins through perspiration.

Basti
Herbal oil application to the back, knees, or neck for alleviating pain and stiffness. A dam made of flour and herbs is placed on the back, neck, or knees and warm oil is gently poured into it. Basti therapies are very effective for chronic muscular tension and spasm.

Herbal Steam
Release impurities from the skin with an herbal steam treatment. Offered only in combination with other therapies.

Nasya
Herbal oil and steam treatment for upper body and head. Nasya clears impurities from the sinuses and is helpful in nasal congestion, allergies, headaches, and sinusitis.

Marma Therapy
Stimulation of acupressure points improving energy flow in the body. Many imbalances are caused by blockages of energy, or prana. During marma therapy sessions, specific acupressure points are stimulated to release the blockages and bring the body back into balance. There are 107 marma points in the body and depending on the blockage assessed, certain points are massaged.

Therapeutic Yoga Instruction for individuals and small groups
Yoga therapy is the application of specific postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques for specific ailments. We offer individual and small group instruction for cardiac health, diabetes, weight loss, anxiety and depression, back pain, arthritis, digestive disorders, and sleep disorders.

Vedic Astrology Reading
An analysis of your birth chart that can reveal certain tendencies and patterns due to planetary influences. Your birth day, time, and place are required in order to do this analysis.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
We work by appointment only. We take reservations over the phone or by email and require your name, phone number, email, and a credit card number. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Late arrival may result in the shortening of your service.
Svastha Wellness requires 24 hours notice for cancellation of services or there is a charge of 50% per service.
While individual service options are available, the full benefits of Ayurvedic services are best experienced in package treatments. It is common to advise 3-7 repetitions of the same treatment for therapeutic benefit. Discounts are available for bookings of 3 or more services. Please call us to find out more.
